Problems are good opportunities for self-introspection
Food for Thought 11:04
"Every single 'problem' that you face in life is a good opportunity for self-introspection. Look into yourself and ask, "Where did I go wrong?" Your external reality is only a reflection of your own mind activity. The thoughts that you once harbour, though you may not remember it now (man's memory is fallible), have materialised to be your current circumstances. So, look within, analyse and identify the thoughts that have occupied your mind in the past that have contributed to your present situation. You will realise that the power is not without, but within. Accepting that, you will know that if you could draw your present life, you can also draw your future by changing the course of your thoughts now. So, start drawing. Every moment is a clean slate for you to begin."
