What is this thing called anger?

"People sing the song by Cole Porter "What is this thing called Love?". But has anyone asked: "What is this thing called anger?"

It is like a poison that engulfs your being and robs you from the peace that is rightfully yours. Your breathing rate increases... You feel your blood rushing to your head... You try to take that 'thorn' out of your mind, but you find that you just cannot. The 'thorn' seems to be stuck in your heart. Now your heart weighs a thousand ton and you are getting more and more angry by the second.

Not only does anger deny you of peace, it increases your heart rate and distorts your chakras. Yes, anger and resentment are the worst internal poison that will slowly lead to many diseases.

Since the world is but a projection of the mind, why get angry at your own shadow? Forgive all whom have 'wronged' you and move on. Release all your resentment now. Holding onto anger is like grasping a hot coal with your bare hands. At the end, you are the one who suffers from it. Enjoy your Sunday with love and peace.
